So you're interested in signing up for lessons? Wonderful!! The first thing you need to do is contact the studio. I prefer to talk to all potential students on the phone. I can be reached at 512-445-9564. You can also e-mail me. I don't give certain information such as pricing over an e-mail or text. Serious clients will ultimately need to talk to me on the phone first so if communication by phone is not your thing then we are probably not going to be a good fit for each other. Once we have communicated by phone and you want to go forward, the next step is to schedule a time to observe a lesson. This will be the time when you decide if you like my style of teaching or not. This is particularly important for starting young children. This also gives me a chance to observe how long your child's attention span is and to help determine their readiness for lessons. If you are an adult student there are a couple different ways to approach this. If you have already been playing then we can schedule an introductory lesson where I see where you are at. Introductory lessons are NOT free. If you are just starting out and don't even have a guitar yet, then DON'T go out and buy a guitar just yet. I can save you a lot of money, time and hassle by sizing you and guiding you toward an instrument that you will have the best chance of success on.
